My views are a bit roman here, i firmly believe rights should come with duties. And here men and women are traditionally different but equally important.

Men do the dangerous tasks, hunt, fight and often times die to defend family, tribe or nation.

Women bear and take care of children, manage the home and be the empathic core of the family.

That's how it has been since the dawn of humanity, that is how we are. It is okay to dislike it, but it is as it is.
