A massive explosion followed by a fire at Kapur Bagan in Ward No. 21 of Purulia has left residents shaken and in deep panic. According to local inputs, illegal bomb manufacturing was reportedly taking place at the site. Three people are battling for life.

The people of Purulia deserve answers and accountability. BJP MP Jyotirmay Singh Mahato has demanded an investigation by the National Investigation Agency to uncover the full truth behind this incident. Will Home Minister Mamata Banerjee again hide behind technicalities?
