You’ve gotta be joking
Respectfully, what the actual freak is going on over there @mert@toly@circle
Solana wallets are case sensitive? Is this an April fools joke?
Better code this into @Microsoft word’s uppercase/lowercase/sentence tools, “please ignore Solana crypto addresses”. Solana Case.
Okay, down to real business now— can anyone confirm how many AMM swaps a second Solana can actually do? I’ve asked multiple times to no avail. Need better data. Not trying to crap on another chain but there’s no TPS data available… only the theoretical 65k tps number which is not true of all Solana transaction types as we’ve seen here below.
I’m looking for TPS capacity of all types of transactions. Not just simple sends or voting txs. Thank you. 🙏
Ok, so recently we learned that VersaBank chose @Algorand to test tokenized bank deposits (a world first).
We have @UNDP and @UNCDF launching, with @HesabPay_, the first E2E digital microfinance solution in Afghanistan, built on Algorand.
We also have @wtrtoken, which tokenized all its water credits on $ALGO, continuing to secure MASSIVE partnerships with industry giants like YTL and Wateralia just a few days ago.
And now we have @GermanyDiplo exploring blockchain-based aid payments through @HesabPay_, using Algorand as the settlement layer! 🇩🇪
Probably nothing! 🔥
🚨HUGE BANKING NEWS!
JPMorgan, Citi, BofA & Wells Fargo are reportedly building tokenised deposit network by 2027 to fight stablecoin migration.
They may use private DLTs, but public rails like $HBAR, $XLM, $XRP, $LINK, or $ALGO could also be involved!
You wouldn't sign a contract you hadn't read first, so why sign a transaction you can't read?
The Ledger Nano Gen5 solves this.
Go into every transaction with every detail you need to be certain on what you're approving 🔐
$ALGO to $1+ feels inevitable. Tech this good doesn’t stay quiet forever!
Superior tech eventually gets its moment. When capital rotates back to real infrastructure, $ALGO is primed. Quiet accumulation won’t last long.
Keep rising. Greater heights are calling your name⚡️

🧵 Algorand just joined the UNDP Blockchain Advisory Group as a founding member.
Most people will see another crypto partnership.
The more important story is different.
Blockchain is increasingly being discussed as public infrastructure.
Not speculation.
Infrastructure.
The United Nations Development Programme launched the Blockchain Advisory Group with 26 organizations from across the blockchain ecosystem.
@AlgoFoundation joined alongside the Ethereum Foundation, @StellarOrg, Cardano Foundation and others.
That matters, because it is financial inclusion, digital infrastructure and public-good use cases.
This is where @Algorand becomes interesting.
Algorand has spent years building a network optimized for speed, low fees, transparency and reliability.
Those qualities matter when blockchain is used for real-world systems.
Especially in regions where traditional banking infrastructure is limited.
One example is @HesabPay_
HesabPay is an interoperable digital payments network used in markets such as Afghanistan and Syria.
It enables users to send money, pay bills, top up mobile balances and access financial services without relying on a traditional bank account.
The humanitarian angle is even more important.
Aid organizations, including UNDP, UNICEF and the World Food Programme, have used HesabPay to distribute funds directly to people in need.
That is not DeFi speculation.
That is blockchain being used for real-world financial access.
Algorand acts as the settlement layer behind this infrastructure.
Its low fees and fast finality allow payments to be processed efficiently, transparently and at scale.
For humanitarian payments, that matters.
Funds need to move quickly.
Costs need to stay low.
Transactions need to be traceable.
Recipients need access, even without a bank account.
This is where blockchain starts to become meaningful.
Not because it creates another token.
But because it can make financial infrastructure more accessible, transparent and efficient.
Algorand’s role in the UNDP Blockchain Advisory Group should be viewed in that context.
It is not just about being part of a committee.
It is about participating in the conversation around how blockchain can support public systems, financial inclusion and digital infrastructure.
The market often focuses on price.
Institutions focus on utility.
And in the long run, the networks that matter will likely be those solving real problems for real users.
Algorand is one of those networks.
Fast settlement.
Low fees.
Strong cryptographic foundations.
Real-world humanitarian use cases.
And now a seat at the table with the UNDP.
That is the kind of blockchain adoption worth paying attention to.

The United Nations Development Programme / @UNDP has launched the Blockchain Advisory Group, a body of 26 organisations from across the blockchain ecosystem.
Algorand, through @AlgoFoundation, is proud to be a founding member alongside the Ethereum Foundation, Stellar Development Foundation, Cardano Foundation, and others.
The group will meet twice a year, each time with a different development theme.
Only 2 blockchains in the entire industry have earned an A-Grade on the Quantum Threat Tracker from @tectonicxyz.
Algorand is one of them.
We've been building for this since day one.
🚨Staci Warden of $ALGO said it best...
We can send a movie across the world in seconds, but can't send $10 fast across borders! That's the problem crypto and @Algorand was built to solve.
This was at an event by the Council on Foreign Relations, $ALGO is in the right rooms!
The EU Digital Product Passport isn't a crypto-native story; it's a regulatory requirement that will affect every manufacturer, brand, and retailer operating in Europe.
The companies already building on Algorand aren't waiting for the deadline. The infrastructure is already running.

The EU recently confirmed that by 2027, every battery, textile, and electronic device sold in Europe will need a verifiable Digital Product Passport.
The infrastructure to support this at scale already exists on Algorand.
Companies like Repsol, Thai Union, Estée Lauder, and Lavazza are using it today.
A thread on who's building it 🧵
$ETH is stuck around 2K, $SUI went down mutiple times and $SOL just printed 8 red monthly candles in a row.
$ALGO on the other hand just printed 3 green monthly candles in a row, is up 48% from the recent low and of course up and running.
Let that sink in.
