@Delta pretty disappointing that you cancel one flight, significantly delay the rebooked flight by not scheduling a captain to fly it, then only offering 7,000 miles as a “sorry” when we had to spend 25,000 miles on a same day Alaska flight.

@Mailchimp you might have some of the absolute worst customer service. After getting no help trying to resolve an issue with login due to an employee leaving and not able to access an account, you’re making it an easy decision to move all of our clients off your platform.
