People say this, but what are you really basing it on?

LeBron never played with another top 20 player in or near their prime (Shaq was extra washed).

Meanwhile...

Magic & Kareem are both top 5
Shaq & Kobe are both top 10
Half of Curry's rings came with KD (both top 15)

Kareem got a trade to the Lakers, but he couldn't get them to the Finals until they lucked into Magic. Then they lucked into Worthy, and he also got teammates in the draft like Cooper, Nixon, AC Green, and a draft trade for Byron Scott.

Why would he leave that situation?

Duncan had Robinson at the beginning, then they lucked out in the draft to find Parker and Ginobili, then when he got old, they got Leonard in a draft trade.

Jordan got Pippen and Grant out of one draft (1987), and then he dominated in the weakest era where you didn't need a bunch of HOFers to beat teams who had 1-2 HOFers at best.

All those guys had more help, and don't even get me started on Russell and Bird in Boston on some of the greatest teams ever constructed.

LeBron gets paired up with a duo (Wade/Bosh, Love/Kyrie, Embiid/Brown) or one great player that's injured when you need him most (AD, Luka) and people act like his teams are the most stacked ever.

Meanwhile, most of those players don't win jack without him (Bosh/Love/Kyrie/AD did nothing in the POs without him).

It's nonsense.
