The best developmental organization over the last few years in the NBA, the Boston Celtics, take Chris Cenac at pick 27. Talk about a hell of an upside swing. He needs work as a screener, shot blocker, and off-ball defender. BUT he's gigantic, rebounds incredibly well, and has the athleticism and shooting upside combo at center to change games if everything breaks right. Celtics fans should be excited.
