Fairfax Swimming Pool has served as a home for summer fun for central Fairfax residents since 1955. New members are welcome! No residency requirements.

Sept. 18 is the final day of the season. Take a last lap 12-6 p.m.

Doggie Swim starts at 7 p.m. ***No humans are allowed in the water during this event.***

Volunteers from the Fairfax Humane Society will collect donations at the gate ($5 is suggested).

Two reminders:
1. This Thursday (the 25th) is our final Raft Night of the season.
2. As the season winds down, so do pool hours.

Weekdays 4-8 p.m.

Due to the forecast, we are rescheduling our back-to-school party for Aug. 28 from 1-3 p.m.

We'll have a Penny Dive for kids 10 and younger, and poolside bingo with prizes!

The first 150 members get a free small cup of Kona Ice! (You're welcome to additional cups and sizes.)

- Sept. 18 - Doggie Swim returns! The pool closes to humans and everything goes to the dogs at 7 pm. Folks from the Fairfax Humane Society will collect voluntary donations of $5 or more.

Hi, Frogs! Mark your calendars and save these dates:

Thursdays in August (4, 11, 18 and 25) -- Raft Nights return after a two-year hiatus. Join us in the water from 6-9 p.m. with your favorite floats. Note that raft use is up to lifeguards' discretion to keep swimmers safe.

Our last dive meet is July 19 at 5:30 pm vs. Truro. Come watch the Frogs and grab dinner at our concession stand.
3:30 - dive well closes
5:30 - pool open only for adult quiet lap swim
8-8:30 - meet ends

Members may go to Mosby Woods, Country Club Hills or Villa pools instead.

Food Tent Friday at Fairfax Pool

July 15, 5-7 p.m.

Instead of a truck, Troy's Italian Kitchen will set up a tent in the parking lot. They make fresh pizza to order, including vegan options, and based on their Instagram videos (https://t.co/1me1HkEZsB), it's dinner and a show.

The pool is hosting a dive meet with Great Falls at 5 pm Come watch and grab dinner at our concession stand!

3 pm - dive well closes
4:45 pm - quiet adult lap swimming only. Members may swim at Mosby Woods, Country Club Hills or Villa Aquatics.
8pm (ish) - meet ends

By special request, the Swim Team offered evening practice for those members who could not attend their regularly scheduled morning practice. To accommodate our developing swimmers, the lap lanes will be closed 6-7 pm on:
