We were meant to be on the 6:20 and got swapped to this one as an earlier train and still standstill… appreciate that things go wrong sometimes but it would be good to have an idea
Another cock up by @BTCare!! 5 days with a mixed up phone line in August (our number ringing through to someone else’s house and vice versa). Now we have exactly the same again!! How can this be possible?! Not acceptable! My 86 year old grandad cannot get through to us again! 😡

Not really sure how it’s acceptable to not have a call back from anyone still after 24 hours of reporting our phone line ringing in someone else’s house!! #awfulcustomerservice how can a phone line be switched with someone on a different network?! @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk
@OpenreachHelp As they are not seeming to help much and it was your engineer who probably did something wrong in the box, is there nothing you can do to speed up the engineer visit?
@OpenreachHelp Thanks. Disappointed that not one of the people I have spoken to at @bt_uk has suggested this or helped with this. I keep getting fobbed off saying a a manager will call me. Latest was between 5 and 7 tonight… as I haven’t heard yet, I’m not holding out much hope.
@bt_uk I highly doubt this as at the moment the first availability is Monday! Not sure that’s acceptable for our phone ringing in someone else’s house!
