You either have to be a member of one of the orgs or only buy from silencer shop. No other companies are protected by the injunction.

@JohnLambo805 @Rep_Clyde You’re missing the point of we shouldn’t have to join any organization just to enjoy our rights, these courts can’t grant nationwide injunctions, so this only affects the orgs or buying through silencer shop. It’s still infringed.

@Sewattube @Rep_Clyde Again, it cannot be the next step without the doj appealing, it would have to go to higher courts to get a nationwide injunction. The DOJ said they are not going to appeal. The injunction stays how it is. The only thing that can be done now is Congress removing them from the NFA

@jizmak55 @Rep_Clyde Sort of my contention too. People saying “it’s only x amount for a membership” the point is to have it as the right it’s supposed to be without ANY extra steps. Joining an organization and remembering every year to re-up is an extra step

@jayj588 @Rep_Clyde Even if a 3 judge panel did rule that way, all signs point to the Supreme Court would be ruling like this, the courts have upheld the NFA for Congress tax power, there’s no tax now, and with bruen it’s a clear infringement. And paying 25 is still another step to get a right back
