Disagree on wind. There are a host of issues with wind turbines themselves, including construction, maintenance, disposal at and of life, etc.

On top of that they disturb the natural laminar nature of air flow (low velocity at ground level, much higher velocity a few 10’s of meters up), the result of which is accelerated loss of moisture from soil, which is obviously quite bad.

Then there is their negative impact on the local environment from a noise perspective.

Aaand the ongoing slaughter of birds.

How can you say that after watching the fight?

As quickly as she closed the distance, Rhonda would have been under a roundhouse kick and on Gina’s support leg before the kick could have landed if Rhonda was upright and still.

I just don’t think Gina had enough time to recover enough of her speed, and especially her timing, before the fight.

Realistically, I think she needed a “tune up” fight to have a realistic chance. Not having fought for 17 years was too much of a handicap against a takedown and submission artist like Rhonda.
