Take note every single city in America! On average cities with more than 1M people have 1/4 of their downtowns as parking lots. Estimates are we could probably add 5M trees and still maintain adequate space. Not only the beauty aspect but the carbon elimination would be huge

Ive been fighting everyone of those groups for 40 years. Although its EXTREMELY clear theres a housing shortage caused by these groups in Socal I havent seen any change in 40 years.

the engineers

the bankers
