Apparently, the government calculates the cost of life of the UPSC aspirant on the basis of the vote bank and coachings calculate his cost on the basis of: if he is a fresher, can he repeat the batch, will he take mentorship - life of an UPSC aspirant is too cheap!

Once I asked the owner of a big UPSC coaching factory: why do you stuff 600 students in one classroom that makes it difficult for them to even breathe.
His answer was: we calculate the margins on the basis of per square feet of the area a chair occupies + the teacher cost.

Daily power cuts in days leading to upsc prelims examinations, and no water for past 3 days! What are you doing?
In between govt. power tussle, the people are getting exploited!
rajinder nagar is slum area with no voter base, so no voice, and thus no facilities!

Electricity- regular cuts, especially near exam
Water - lol! Crisis hai iska to
