Looting customers in the name of international roaming charges, when asking for daily itemised call summary, haven’t been able to share it in 5 days despite making call & email requests.

Been 3 days but my lawn has not been cleaned by the facilities team for the mess they created in the name of trimming of the trees. @indiaemaar
They destroy our creepers, plants and trees in the name of trimming of their planted trees. But don’t have the courtesy to get the lawn cleaned after their mess.
Giving us reasons like you were not at home When people came to clean when it is the front lawn that needs to be cleaned and it can be accessed without us being at home. When you cut the trees without our permission and without knowing whether we are at home or not.
Shouting from last three days to get the lawn cleared after the cutting of trees but nobody is listening in Maintenance team. We have called multiple number of times but it looks like deaf people are sitting behind the phone and attending calls.

Your customer care team is not helping. Our emails/calls are not responded back. We want immediate possession of the flat, even if the registrations are not happening in Delhi.
