It is patently obvious from the volume of tweets that Uber's service in London is failing.

Rather than embarrass and/or berate the person, wouldn't it be more beneficial to educate the 'potential' customer that the taxi service is available for them?

Hi Twitter! Yesterday my family's restaurant took just £82 for the day's takings - all day. It is called the Haven, on the A30 London Road, 3 miles out of Salisbury. They do super breakfasts, amazing handstretched pizzas etc. 1/2

look at this @tfl @TfLTPH I’ve had to chase this #Uber driver with passengers, wansbeck road #hackney to warn him that he’s about to have an head on collision with a #tfl bus on a #blind hill because he’s driving on the wrong side of the road. 😳
