I'm horrified. Henry was lying on the ground in critical condition. The police were busy listening to his brutal attacker's lies. Then they believed the murderer, Vickrum Digwa, and handcuffed Henry Nowak while he was bleeding. They wanted to arrest him and accused him of racism. They should have called an ambulance and done everything they could to save Henry. It's beyond negligence—it's inhumane! Those officers must be prosecuted and jailed. I demand justice!
