GC REAIM Core Recommendation 5: Develop a centralized, multi-stakeholder expert network on AI in the military domain to disseminate knowledge for capability and capacity building.
Building upon extensive global consultations and legal frameworks, GC REAIM puts forward 5 core recommendations to harness AI's transformative potential and address associated risks by demarcating acceptable and unacceptable uses, as well as criteria for institutional design.
