This is the follow up to my article on Harness Engineering. Building one from scratch!
Claude Code Stop hooks, verification scripts, a doc-gardener subagent, and a weekly GitHub Action — all in one afternoon.

OpenAI shipped 1M lines of code with zero human-typed code in 5 months.
The secret was the harness around the model.
I broke down the 6 core constructs of Harness Engineering into a practitioner's guide with a 72-hour rollout you can start this week.

@PawelHuryn Your Manager/Executor split mirrors the n8n proxy pattern we use — n8n holds the secrets, OpenClaw orchestrates. Different solution, same insight: the agent should never touch credentials directly.

@PawelHuryn Great thread. The security concerns are real — I run OpenClaw + n8n in production and wrote a white paper on exactly this: credential isolation, webhook hardening, and keeping API keys out of the agent's reach.
Sky News: "should we be worried?" about Claude cheating in a vending machine sim.
The prompt said "do whatever it takes to maximize your bank balance."
It did whatever it took.
Not an alignment failure — its a prompt failure impacting governance.

@SimonHoiberg Running this daily in production. The underrated benefit: n8n as a proxy gives you a per-workflow kill switch. Agent goes rogue? Disable the webhook. Zero credential exposure. Wrote up the full pattern here: https://t.co/Rig2NrSIO9
I stopped putting API keys in my OpenClaw agent config.
Now I use n8n as a credential proxy — agent calls webhooks, n8n handles the authenticated work. Keys never touch the AI context.
Am I overthinking this? Here's my reasoning:

Claude Opus 4.6 has "adaptive thinking" — model decides how much effort based on context.
That's how a good tutor works.
Validates what I built in Gripsy Learn: AI that knows when to push vs support.

True for bugs. But breakthroughs?
Sometimes you need a cathedral's silence to hear a contrarian idea before the bazaar's noise drowns it out.
Open accelerates. Closed incubates. Both have their season.

Genuine Q: Does automating the "painful parts" rob research of its rigor?
Crafting figures taught me clarity of thought. Perseverance WAS the point.
Will this breed "TikTok-PhDs"—polished outputs, hollowed process?
🏈 Anthropic's Super Bowl ad drops a bomb: "Ads are coming to AI. But not to Claude."
Meanwhile:
• OpenAI adding ads to ChatGPT free tier (95% of 800M users)
• Altman called ads+AI "uniquely unsettling" in 2024
• OpenAI burning $9B/year

@VaibhavSisinty would be great if you could please ask your team to respond to queries once people have taken the plunge and registered for your course…money paid but nothing after that 🤷🏻♂️
What’s the point of all the noble efforts by Hon’bl Prime Minister #NarendraModi Ji towards Digitalisation when our largest corporates refuse to accept the authenticity of its apps?
Sad to learn that #jio#reliance refuses to accept documents via a Government of India issued and approved app such as #digilocker and insist instead in physical cards…
