@Molson_Hart Try register in euipo if you have a company in europe you might qualify for a refund on the trademark register. After that you might have more luck as amazon complies faster with european law than in the us

I’m not from Spain but I like living here and often say Spain is a 2nd world country, they have a few things as a first world country and some as a third world country.

Which is good and bad at the same time 🤷🏻‍♂️

Somehow Spanish people get mad about this and they don’t want to acknowledge this.

Also there’s only some few countries that are really first world, some of the nordics and maybe Swiss in Europe and probably Australia and japan.
