The wait Burger King was stupid long, but this little girl kept me company. She loved my keys and wouldn’t stop laughing and saying hi to me. Her dad never looked up from his phone. He just kept telling her to shhhh every time she laughed, but she’s a rebel.

When I called out Trump years ago for being a danger to democracy, a free press, and truth itself, I was accused of making myself the story and showboating. How did things turn out? Trump is all of those things. Tonight, the free press is very much in danger in America. Wake up!

"Kiss From a Rose" was written by Seal around 1987, but was only very successful in 1995 thanks to the film Batman Forever. Released in 1994 on the album Seal II, the song almost went unnoticed. Director Joel Schumacher loved the track and insisted on putting it in the end credits of the film.
After that, the track reached #1 in the US and won three Grammys in 1996 (Record of the Year, Song of the Year and Best Male Pop Vocal Performance).
Stan Hansen won the AWA World Heavyweight Championship in December 1985. The AWA promised him big paydays and main event pushes that never materialized. In June 1986 he refused to drop the title to Nick Bockwinkel and no-showed a scheduled defense. The AWA stripped him of the title, handed Bockwinkel a tag team belt and called it the AWA championship, while Hansen took the real belt back to Japan and kept defending it. When the AWA threatened legal action Hansen responded by running over the belt with his truck and mailing it back to Verne Gagne with the tire tracks still on it. Hansen later reflected on the incident and said of the belt, “It was a piece of sh*t to start with.”

If you say any Wrestlemania number in the 20’s or 30’s I am gonna have no idea what the hell you are talking about even if I have seen them. I have no idea what happened at “Wrestlemania 28” even if I watched it. But those first 10 Manias I could tell you everything that happened verbatim without batting an eye.
