Lauren with an epic close to win the 4x400 this week. She gets the baton in 2nd place and significantly behind the leader in white, but only for 399 meters.

Tigers finish 8th. This season was a momentum building year. Change in training and a young group motivated to win. We beat some good teams today and they saved their best race for last. Really proud of these ladies.

Lauren Lansing is your Section 1AAA Champion with a time of 17:58. What a resume she has built for herself 2:10 800 and now sub 18:00. She earned this through hard work every day.
