🚨Data Breach Alert‼️

The threat actor Chucky_BF claims responsibility for a data breach affecting the airline loyalty CRM of KLM.

According to the post, the compromised dataset reportedly contains 350 records, including full names, email addresses, Flying Blue loyalty numbers and tier levels (Explorer, Silver, Gold, Platinum), last contact topics and dates, booking and insurance amounts, city and zip code, number of travelers, first booking dates, and internal customer IDs.

Few days ago, KLM and Air France disclosed a data breach stemming from a customer service provider, stating that the compromised data appeared to be limited to travelers who previously contacted customer service and included first and last names, phone numbers, email addresses, Flying Blue numbers and status, and the subject of support tickets, while stressing that sensitive data such as passwords and travel dates were not affected and that their own systems were not impacted.
