Then 2-3 yrs adjuvant Osi would be my vote.

Could argue for indefinite/ until progression but not my preference.
No data and cumulative toxicity (cracked fingernails/skin) can be difficult for patients to tolerate!

Particularly for a young patient, I really encourage the 4 cycles of chemo because it’s finite therapy with a well-established OS benefit!
Platinum doublet is an oldie … but goodie!
