@SunCountryAir@SunCountryAir day 4 and no luggage, I can see that my AirTag left the airport is now on some random street but the courier claims they don’t have it. Was it stolen from your possession?

@SunCountryAir@SunCountryAir I am tracking the bag and I can see it’s at the airport yet I was just told by one of your reps that they don’t have it. The courier company also said they don’t have it. I will go now to get it myself. How is this so difficult?

@SunCountryAir No @SunCountryAir we can keep it public. Still no bag. No one is even able to tell me when I can go pick it up. Two days in a row I’ve been told it will be delivered and it hasn’t arrived. How is this so difficult?
@SunCountryAir@SunCountryAir you sent my bag on a flight I wasn’t on and now I’m being told I have to go get it myself and I can’t go until the 15th. How is this at all acceptable?
@SunCountryAir is not a legitimate airline. The $200 I saved by booking with them wasn’t worth it when I ended up having to pay $600 to fly @Delta when Sun Country was incapable of doing their job and getting me on my flight. What an absolute joke. Oh also they lost my luggage.
@SunCountryAir@SunCountryAir your gate agent lied to my face and told me my bag had been pulled, I then waited an hour for it only to be told it was sent to a destination I’m not even traveling to and that I have to wait a week to go pick it up. How is this even a real business?
@GrageDustin I don’t think that but I don’t want to hand guns to a crisis. Just because it won’t solve both things doesn’t meant we shouldn’t solve one thing.
