This was a very efficient dialogue - great & strong statements & proposals by CSOs for the implementation of the declarations adopted at the Summit. The #RoadToReykjavik must now become the way into the future of @CoE with a real Civil Society engagement.

There were Cyber attacks on Iceland, it's government, parliament the transmission of the Summit. Will Russia never learn? There aggression does not intimidate us, it only strengthens our resolve. We stand united with our friends 🇪🇺🇺🇸🇨🇦🇲🇽🇯🇵🇺🇳 for democracy & 🇺🇦

At the end of the Summit I was honoured to meet with @Tsihanouskaya to talk how @CoE_NGO can support & cooperate with Civil Society in Belarus. It was a great pleasure to meet with this brave woman, the true leader of the people of Belarus. 🤍❤️🇪🇺

A long day is finally coming close to an end - starting for me at 4:30 with the Lufthansa bus in Strasbourg. Could speak with the Presidents of Austria and Poland, the German Chancellor & so many leaders of Europe today - let's hope it will beer fruit for Civil Society &@CoE_NGO
