Community & peer support programs identify people with TB earlier & support treatment. Without these programs, many people with TB remain undiagnosed or disconnected from care. Investments in community-led outreach are critical to #EndTB

Artemisinin is a powerful antimalarial drug, but in Southeast Asia’s Mekong region, malaria parasites have developed resistance, threatening communities & global health.
With @GlobalFund support, since 2014 the Regional Artemisinin-resistance Initiative (RAI) has cut cases in half, nearly eliminated drug-resistant malaria in four countries, and trained 35,000 local health workers to test, treat and protect communities.
Strong health systems today prevent crises tomorrow.
