I administered the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) to the image-generating AI program DALL-E this morning. Thing really went off the rails.
Let's see how it did. 🧵
A 45-year old gentleman consulted me yesterday. During his routine health check up, his BP was found to be on a higher side (140/90 mmHg). He was worried about an increased risk of stroke, as his father too was a hypertensive, and had suffered a stroke at age 60.
He wanted me to prescribe him two pills- one for lowering BP and the second (a blood thinner such as aspirin) to prevent stroke.
Instead of two, I prescribed him 10 "pills" (details of those 10 pills are there in the recommendation section of my prescription).
