“Bro, why are you so calm with all the madness that’s been happening?”
To be honest, there were moments where I also got a little emotional.
The October flash crash, for example.
That was insane.
But for the most part, I’ve been chilling for one reason:
I’m playing a completely different game compared to most people.
Average person:
“My bags haven’t moved much in two years. I’m doomed. Crypto is a scam.”
Me:
“My bags haven’t moved much in two years, but I know they will. Let’s keep building.”
Once you understand macro cycles, everything becomes crystal clear.
The main problem is that most people overcomplicate things.
My investment principle is simple:
I want to be in the market when the last euphoric phase comes.
Because that’s when the majority of money is made in that tiny window at the end of the cycle.
That’s it.
What happens in between doesn’t concern me.
If the market goes up, fine.
If the market goes down, “oh, another opportunity.”
So what have I been doing these past few years?
Alternating between chilling (when my favorite coins were too high) and accumulating (every time there was a crash).
And honestly (if you invest in solid coins), that’s all you need to make a crazy ROI.
I’ve seen 2017.
I’ve seen 2021.
And despite my mistakes, I was extremely successful in both runs.
Also, my portfolio back then was a fraction of what it is now.
So my thought process was simple:
If I made that kind of money then, what kind of money will I make this run if history repeats itself?
Or even just rhymes with the past two cycles?
That’s the only question I’ve been asking myself.
And I know it’s going to be that easy.
All I have to do is sit on my ass and let liquidity do the rest.
Because the deeper I look, the more everything keeps pointing toward the same pattern we’ve seen before.
So why would I stress?
Why would I overcomplicate things?
I’m focusing elsewhere.
I’m making money elsewhere.
And since I invested properly, with a plan and risk management, I don’t need the money tomorrow.
I don’t need income from my portfolio to survive.
I just know it’s going to be a hefty bonus in the coming months.
That’s why I’m calm.
That’s why, on every dip, I buy more of my high-conviction plays.
I’m not like the average person who sells in panic.
I’m slowly accumulating.
That’s how you play the macro cycle.
Study.
That’s all you have to do.
As the late Charlie Munger said:
“The big money is not in the buying and the selling, but in the waiting.”
And that’s where most people fail, the waiting phase.
Don’t be like most people.
Follow the clues 𓂀
$CLANKER is the PUMP of Base, except Clanker:
• fair launched
• didn't do an ICO
• let anyone buy for nearly full year before flywheel
• no VC rounds at low cost basis, had to buy on market
• no team alloc, had to buy on market
• no perp markets for manipulation or short hedging
• majority holders now in profit
study the teams of the tokens you hold. learn their ethics. if solid, then trust the process.
The thing I love about $ETH is when it pumps it lifts the entire industry with it
Not like Solana, where the culture is to clown competitors when $SOL moves
Or Bitcoin maxis who dunk on literally everything that isn’t $BTC
ETH rising feels like the whole space rising
Confirmed: a Strategic Reserve will include digital assets beyond BTC
The 2nd largest digital asset, upon which the **world’s largest digital economy lives**, is ETH
Strategic Ethereum Reserve is in play.
I might be pretty lonely with this take, but I still believe $ETH is headed for a major run past its ATH, probably close to 5 figures this cycle.
The majority claiming it’s over for $ETH and turning into $SOL maxis are clearly ignoring industry fundamentals and just price-driven, but it’s too late for that.
If anything, with the absurd $ETH / $SOL ratio and the overwhelmingly bearish sentiment around Ethereum, now might be the best time to accumulate tbh.
Don’t get me wrong - I love $SOL and I definitely will hold the majority of my position as it’s without a doubt the best chain next to Ethereum. My Solana bags have been way bigger than my Ethereum bags for a while now.
I also prefer how the Solana team handles most things compared to the Ethereum Foundation, which is often too slow and idealistic.
But as an investor, you can’t fall in love or get too emotional with your bags - stay objective.
You won’t like it, but $ETH is the next $SOL.
Imagine telling an AI agent to ‘buy $1 of ETH,’ and it handles the rest, checking prices, creating transactions, and signing securely without ever having access to your private key in plaintext.
That’s DeFAI with Nillion's SecretSigner. Smarter, safer DeFi.

Why I don't like the phrase "women in web3:"
It makes us sound like we are marinating or hanging out in web3. In reality women are:
- Founders
- Builders
- Marketers
- Designers
- Developers
- Investors
We aren't just in Web3, we're moving it forward.
I always ride underperforming coins to zero.
When sizing is correct, there’s no problem with that.
Never sell at a loss.
It’s either zero or moon.
$CHAOS by @aixbt_agent is the most recent example of why selling the dust is a bad idea.
@6942_eth@solana@ethereum if you see something on @base (or other L2s) that is remotely interesting, find the token, buy it in a size that is meaningful but repeatable, and don't look at it for a year
There's going to be a painful reckoning one day for people that spent years in crypto, but didn't really believe in the tech or have any actual conviction.
They are gonna wake up in cold sweats thinking about how they continually traded mid cap vapourware for a quick flip whilst the crypto asset class went to 100T, and they somehow only managed to make enough money to afford a terraced house in the suburbs.
Play fast money games by all means, but do not miss the wealth transfer that's playing out at the same time. Return to value and hold some spot for the long run.
Many people are going to suffer from being too early, and miss the actual adoption run because of a limited set of historical data points that conditioned them to believe everything was a scam.
