Gamma Gamma Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity was chartered on August 24, 1941. For more than eighty years, GGL has served the Upstate of SC.
Several ΓΓΛ Brothers volunteered for one of the Local Voter Registration Efforts held at Belthlem United Baptist Church in Greenville, SC, on July 18th. These events align with our "Voterless People is a Hopeless People" National project.
We had an incredible Joseph Vaughan Oratorical Competition with six exceptional orators and inspiring speeches. We’re proud of our winners and grateful to Legacy Early College, Furman University and GGL Brothers for their support. The event was also streamed for wider access.
The GGL of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., in partnership with the Alpha Greenville Foundation, is sponsoring the Joseph Vaughn Oratorical Competition on March 14, 2026, starting at 10 AM at Legacy Early College. The event will be streamed via Zoom on https://t.co/MDVI0fTMEJ
