All that for a benign disease that spontaneously heal at menopause with a reliable mini invasive alternative technique. There is clearly something I dont get !

While UEA has shown to be as effective at 10 years FO in a randomised study. This is a QOL dissease which stops after menopauze. UEA is minimal invasive and much cheaper. This is an assault and haressment of women. WHY:💰💰💰💰
