@SenGaryPeters KOSA is being pushed by far-right organizations because it will give every state attorney general the power to censor content they deem "harmful" online while also allowing for age verification. It doesn't protect anyone, especially minors.

KOSA would not solve any of these issues, Senator. Please don't use a teenager's death to push internet censorship legislation, especially when the Heritage Foundation has said they will use KOSA to go after LGBTQ+ content online. Shame on the Democrats for pushing this bill.

Every Democratic senator is signing onto the Kids Online Safety Act as if it will help minors when the Heritage Foundation said the whole purpose was to censor trans and queer content online. Every expert in how internet laws work says its a horrible bill but no one is listening.
