@SPL_CARE هل المصدر يسمح لي باستلام الوثيقه علماً بأن الوثيقه القديمه تم تسليمها لكم ؟ . ماتم دفعه من مبلغ لتوصيل اعتبرها صدقه للبريد السعودي لكن ارغب في استلام وثيقتي الحكوميه من مصدرها بنفسي لانها في حسبان المفقودات لدي

@SPL_CARE الغريب في الامر خدمة العملاء 19992يقولون يوجد خطا وسيتم حله وستصلك الوثيقه والعمل جاري عليها..وتطبيق سبل كل 3 ايام من خلال المتابعه تظهر رساله مره العنوان خطا ومره العميل لا يرغب بالطرد ومره جاري توصيل الوثيقه !! هذا ان دل يدل على خلل في منظومة العمل وترابطها

@SPL_CARE لكم شهر كل اسبوع شكوى والحل تحت الاجراء؟ الوثيقه تائهه و العنوان صحيح وكل شي صحيح !الى متى انتظر وثيقه حكوميه شهر وانا من سكان الرياض؟!هذا خطأ منكم و لا يوجد رقابه وادارة متابعه والخلل واضح حتى في قسم المتابعه والشكاوي وعدم الترابط بينكم للوصول للمعضله وحلها
