Fine overview but I'm skeptical. It's not counterintuitive to think eating a diet primarily of fat will lead to weight loss and long term health benefits. Not risking cardiovascular decline & hyperlipidemia for a fatty diet (also low in protein) regardless of daily caloric burn!
Stick to fish, white meats and seafood included sushi (easy on the rice) if you like and "need the meat" to maintain desired protein intake. I’m limiting red meat to once a month now. Pepperoni pizza not included 😳
