@AmericanAir is a shitshow. Gates changing every five minutes, crew arguing because they boarded wrong flight because they were unaware of gate change, or unstaffed gates.

Flight was canceled and American didn’t say anything at the terminal. Moved from B to E concourse and rescheduled for 2:30. I could have driven home by now!!!

Update: I rushed to the gate, and no one was here. Flight was supposed to leave in 2 minutes, and they announced that the gate changed a minute ago, but not that the flight was delayed an hour and a half. @AmericanAir is awful, right now.
