@HMRCcustomers I’m trying to figure out why my tax code has changed from 1257L to 714L, does this mean I’m going to pay more tax than the previous year and loose money? I’ve been in same job for over 11 years, my tax code shouldn’t change. Your phone support hangs up on me.
