@Vodacom I’ve been without fibre internet since 1 January after a Vodacom-approved relocation, despite more than 8 support calls, multiple tickets, hours on the phone, and zero accountability.

I still have no fibre connectivity, no clear explanation of the problem, and no timeline.

I am paying for a service that has not been delivered and have spent many hours trying to resolve what appears to be an internal Vodacom process failure.

Today, for the first time, I was told that Vodacom is not even sure whether there is a Vodacom fibre line at the property — something never raised during the relocation process.

Each interaction resulted in a different explanation, no clear ownership, and promised callbacks that never happened.

Several of these calls lasted well over an hour, and every time I had to explain the situation again from the beginning.

I have contacted Vodacom more than eight times, spoken to at least eight different consultants, and logged multiple support tickets trying to resolve this.

The service has never worked at the new address. I have had no internet connectivity at all since 1 January.

In November, I notified Vodacom of my relocation and was explicitly instructed to take my existing fibre router and Wi-Fi router to the new address, plug them in, and that the service would work from 1 January.
