He asked a teenager to say "excuse me" and the teens parents k*lled him for it.

His name was Bert Atienza. He was 77 years old.

He and his wife Josephine had been married for FORTY-TWO YEARS and on Sunday, June 7th, they went to church.

Then they stopped at the Walmart to do their grocery shopping.

Josephine says a 17-year-old Black female employee came through with a heavy cart and nearly slammed into her.

No "excuse me." No apology. Nothing.

So Bert did what husbands do, he spoke up for his wife.

In his wife's words, he told that girl: "You almost hit my wife with your heavy cart, and you did not even say excuse me or apologize to her."

Josephine says the teenager then THREW A CAN at them as they walked away. It missed.

The elderly couple, not wanting any trouble, just kept shopping.

Minutes later, that girl's PARENTS showed up at the store, found the 77-year-old man and beat him to de*th.

In his wife's words:

"They crowded my husband, one of the adults hit him in the face. He fell down on the floor. I was terrified. I don't know what's going on."

The Medical Examiner's ruling: blunt head trauma.

NEW: DHS confirms that a semi-truck driver arrested for killing two people in a multi-car crash in Southern California is an Indian illegal alien who was caught and released at the AZ border by the Biden admin & given a commercial driver's license (CDL) by the state of California. DHS says Chamkaur Singh was arrested by police in Moab, UT during a traffic stop after it was revealed he had a nationwide futile arrest warrant for homicide - vehicular manslaughter, in relation to a deadly crash he was involved in Ontario, CA in March in which he crashed into multiple cars, killing two people in separate vehicles.

DHS says Singh's California CDL remains active despite having multiple driving convictions on his CDL record for improper lane or location, following too closely, and speeding. ICE has placed a detainer on Singh with local law enforcement in Utah.

DHS statement: “This illegal alien from India is accused of causing a semi-truck crash that killed two people in California,” said DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin. “Due to the Biden Administration’s open borders and Gavin Newsom’s sanctuary policies, this criminal was released into our country and granted a commercial driver’s license. Despite having three convictions on his driving record, his CDL is still active."

BREAKING: DHS confirms to @FoxNews that a rideshare driver arrested in Montgomery County, MD for allegedly kidnapping & raping an underage girl during a ride is an illegal alien from the African country of Guinea who was caught & released at the AZ border by the Biden admin in 2023. He also has a prior rap sheet of sexually assaulting a minor in NYC from earlier this year.

DHS says Abdoulaye Dia of Lanham crossed the border illegally into Lukevilke, AZ on December 21, 2023 (one of the days my team and I were there doing live shots showing masses of African men crossing illegally), but was released into the U.S. by Border Patrol.

Dia was arrested by NYPD on June 10th for sexual abuse by forcible compulsion, forcible touching – sexual/intimate parts of another person, injure child less than 17, and sexual abuse without consent.

He’s now been arrested by police in Maryland for allegedly kidnapping and raping an underage teen girl during an Empower rideshare in which he was the driver. Police say he took her to a parking lot and raped her in his vehicle, and they believe there are more victims.

In January, she created a TikTok video, introduced herself as a labor and delivery nurse, and said this about then-pregnant Karoline Leavitt:

She said she hoped Leavitt would "rip from bow to stern" and never function normally again.

The judge said she already "learned from this experience" because she lost her job.

So every expecting mother in Florida is left to wonder: if she wished that on ONE pregnant woman because she disagreed with her... what is she thinking when she's standing over ME?!!!!

That judge only made a RECOMMENDATION, thankfully he does not have the final word.

The Florida Board of Nursing does and they can throw his recommendation in the trash and pull her license for good.

NEW: ICE confirms to @FoxNews they've carried out a five-day operation in the state of Indiana that netted 426 arrests of illegal aliens. Most of the operation focused on the Indianapolis metro area, though arrests were made throughout the entire state, and ICE received significant cooperation from local law enforcement. ICE says rap sheets of those arrested include sex crimes, assault and battery, domestic assault, drug trafficking, assault with a dangerous weapon, other weapons crimes, fraud, Identity theft, burglary, property damage, driving while intoxicated, public order crimes and more.
