आज जगह जगह देखने को मिलता है,वोट भारत देश के नागरिकों के ही कटे हैं, दस्तावेजों के अभाव में,विदेशी नहीं मिले हैं ? चुनाव आयोग पारदर्शिता के लिए प्रदेश वार श्वेत पत्र जारी कर बताए कि कितने विदेशी मिले और केंद्र सरकार बताये यदि विदेशी पाये गए तो उनके खिलाफ क्या कार्यवाही की ?

Chaudhary. He is the head of the One Nation, One Election committee. Local Study Visit Programme of the Joint Committee on the Constitution (129th Amendment) Bill, 2024 and the Union Territories Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2024 to the Supreme Court of India on October 6, 2026. It will be discussed in the Supreme Court that we are going to pass this law. The same law whose decision will be made by the Supreme Court as to whether it is right or wrong... Now, the Supreme Court judges will be told by the government, 'Look how good this law is.'"

सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जज खासतौर से सीजेआई सूर्यकांत न्याय के मूल सिद्धांतों का उल्लंघन कर रहे हैं। अभी एक देश एक चुनाव विधेयक अस्तित्व में नहीं आया है लेकिन उन्होंने उससे संबद्ध कमेटी के साथ बैठक कर ली।

वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता कपिल सिब्बल @KapilSibal कहते हैं कि सीजेआई ने न केवल कमेटी के साथ बैठक कर ली बल्कि अन्य जजों के साथ ब्रीफ के भी आदेश दे दिए जिससे यह पता लग सके कि इस बिल को पारित होने में क्या क्या संवैधानिक अड़चनें आ सकती है।या घोर अनैतिक है। कोई कानून बना नहीं उसके गुण दोष को आप कोर्ट के साथ कैसे एनालाइज कर सकते हैं?

सुप्रीम कोर्ट को अंदाजा नहीं है कि देश कितना भरा हुआ है। कोई भी जनविरोधी करतूत अगर विधायिका करती है तो वह नाकाबिले बर्दाश्त होगा। देश को इस किस्म की राजनीति में उलझने से बचाना और न्यायपालिका की गरिमा को बनाए रखना सीजेआई की जिम्मेदारी है।
