We're putting on a spook-tacular, free Halloween celebration this year for local families. We need volunteers to help run the event. Can you spare any time between 2:30pm and 8pm on Tuesday 31st October? You’ll be given a briefing on what to do #HerneHill#Volunteer#Halloween23
If you missed it, you can view a video of Laurence Marsh's recent talk on the history of "Herne Hill's Station Square”. Find out more on our website https://t.co/nzrl3OzhMX
We're only £140 short of our target for the Halloween celebration in Station Square with only 2 days left to go - every little bit helps... please donate today! https://t.co/UcS6F1A3MH #HerneHill#Halloween2023#crowdfunder
We still need your help - we've raised an amazing £883 but we're still a long way off our target. Can you donate anything towards a free Halloween event in Station Square this year? #HerneHill#Halloween https://t.co/UcS6F1A3MH
@easyJet why the increased discrimination vs disabled passengers? Never been a concession for assistant’s ticket, no accessible toilets and now we have to pay to put our bags with mobility and medical devices in the hold. Why? @sophmorgTV@TransportForAll@FrankRGardner@UK_CAA
Just to reassure residents & businesses I have reported the unsatisfactory mess under the Herne Hill rail bridge to @lambeth_council street care team for immediate action. Apologies for the fact that this as been allowed to happen!
We're crowdfunding for Halloween 2023! We'd love to bring back our free Halloween party this year but need to raise funds. Are you able to donate? Please RT.. Every little bit helps: https://t.co/UcS6F1A3MH

We disabled people have launched a legal challenge against the consultation for closure of ticket offices.
@newdawn75 and I, with @LeighDay_Law, barristers and allies.
The consultation is a travesty, as are the proposals which are a wholesale attack.

Herne Hill Station ticket office is safe (for now) but without a staffed point of contact how will other disabled passengers access the network? Apps just aren’t reliable. It’s going to be like the police stations isn’t it. We’ll miss them when they’re gone
The Tories have announced disastrous plans to close all but one of our train station ticket offices in Dulwich & West Norwood, impacting older & disabled people & railway staff
Please help fight these plans. Details of how to help here https://t.co/WlVh1LOJnm #SaveTicketOffices
@Se_Railway@hernehillforum Yes you do and I thank you for it. @Se_Railway service at Herne Hill is really good. On arrival, I let the ticket office know where I’m going, they let staff know which platform I’ll use and they meet me there. The Passenger Assist app is unreliable and no substitute.
