@Gkearns1966@DrJackKruse The Turkish Falim gum is inexpensive, but it creates a significant jaw fatigue if used too much. Natural resin clumps are delicious and easier on the jaw, but they are expensive and can create a sticky mess in the mouth.
Vitamin D pills are not a replacement for the sun. For instance, there is no nitric oxide production from taking vitamin D pills. So much of what we have been hearing, even from the so-called alternative medical/integrative medical systems, is only partial truth. Sunlight is always better. If you think you need pills, go get a blood level and if it is severely deficient and you can't get to the sun then supplement. But know you're only getting part of the benefit. If you are vitamin D sufficient, taking pills is not going to help you.
