After an exciting week with a fresh installation of the LLS, we received the next ‘2.5 systems’ today that now stand in line for installation next week on the prepared locations -🔬+🔬🪤 @ISTAustria

We have the pleasure to host Katherina Garcia, from @CABD_UPO_CSIC for a 1 month job-shadow - supported by @EMBO - to exchange experiences about facility-structure, quality control, lightsheet & multi-photon imaging and further exchanges with Vienna area facilities 🔬🤩👍🏻

Very pleased with the result of the system relocation. Our newest microscope room in the moonstone building is filling up, and system are ready to go! 🔬😎

Instead of new adding systems, we were challenged to empty one of our microscope rooms ‘within a week’: 5 systems were dismantled, moved (across campus), reassembled, recalibrated and reimplemented in time - as well as all cupboards emptied and resorted 💪🏻 #teamwork

Freshly printed: we made a holder for the power sensor, resembling the sample-chamber for the @zeiss_micro Lightsheet7 system. Soon to be added at the @EuLiMI1 tools-section, powered by @MicroscopyDB after the initial testing. Check how to measure powers properly @QuarepLimi
