So far I thought The Marvels was the worst movie either studio put out. I don’t count the Sony movies. My son and I were literally guffawing and adding comments like Statler and Waldorf bc it was so unbelievably bad. Kind of hope this is along those lines but we’ll be seeing it.
#Supergirl is a “super-horrendous” comic book movie “with the worst script I can remember,” reads Variety’s review from @OwenGleiberman.
James Gunn said he wasn’t going into production on any movie until the script was rock-solid. For that was the overriding problem with the superhero overkill era: the films had lousy scripts, which served as grids for layering visual effects.
Gunn was right to want to take the comic-book genre back to the basics of well-structured screenwriting. So what has he done in his second DC outing? He’s given us a comic-book movie with the worst script I can remember.

I normally don’t go for the blind bag gimmick but it paid off. 2/2 ROM variants. I did buy a cover A of MASK since that’s what I wanted to read but this was a nice surprise.
@crazyphins@G_I_DAVE Kmart retail was higher than others but their clearance was lit. I still have the card backs of .25 and .50 figures. I delivered papers as a kid so I’d save my money for comics and toy clearance.
