Timothy Hyatt, a Denver police sergeant, was convicted of attempted sexual assault on a 14-yr-old.
He was sentenced to 4 yrs probation. His record will be erased upon completion.
Crystal Mason was convicted of casting a provisional ballot (voting).
She was sentenced to 5 yrs.
