The world would be way worse if we โjust took peopleโs word for it.โ We have idiots claiming that 5G caused COVID, and some of them were MDs. Now imagine if we just took everyoneโs word for it...
You actually finally said something completely true! Yes, statins do reduce CoQ10 levels significantly, with some studies showing reductions of up to 70%.
But why is this a problem? As I said originally, side effects can be easily managed with D3 and ubiquinol, the active form of CoQ10. So, if youโre concerned about reduced CoQ10 levels from statins, just take 500 mg a day via a supplement.
Again, kiddo, you say all that, but you canโt prove any of it!
Statins literally donโt cause more plaque. They stabilize plaque and convert some soft plaque into calcified plaque, which is one of the many ways statins protect you!
We have 23+ studies and 100 years of research on lipids and statins. Everything youโve said goes against all of that and cannot be proven. Itโs clear you know nothing and just want to deny the science.
So, again, leave this topic to the pros with an actual education in this field, because I promise you, you do not know more than a cardiologist or lipidologist!
You didn't prescribe anything. Stop the lies! You're too retarded and know too little to work in the medical field. You can't even pull and interpret studies. All you do is make broad claims with no proof to back them!
As for liver injury, this is extremely rare, at about 1 in 100,000. You literally have higher odds of being hit by a car while crossing traffic. Also those studies are not cherry picked, even the drug manufacturers reference those stats.
As for diabetes, statins only cause a small +0.06 to +0.08 percentage points increase in A1c. You also really only see this in people who already have diabetes or are at risk. For the majority of people it's a much smaller increase.
As for reduced GLP-1, there is zero conclusive proof of this.
There are only some small data samples and theoretical mechanisms.
As for muscle wasting/rhabdomyolysis, this is even rarer than liver injury.
Instead of being a brain-dead faggot. Either prove these BS claims of yours or STFU and leave this topic for the cardiologist and people that went to college for lipidology like me.

@ironDPC What would you expect from a carnivore grifter like Nick Norwitz๐คฃ
but wait guys, he has his lean mass hyper responder trial.......... That failed, got redacted, and showed the opposite of what he was trying to prove.๐คฃ These clowns are too funny!
So GLP-1s actually do not Directly cause muscle wasting. This does happen indirectly because of eating less calories and getting less protein and vitamins.
That's why do it the right way and having proper guidance is so crucial. With the right guidance you can even build a lot of muscle on GLP-1s while also losing weight.
depends on the statin but statins are not generally known to cause torn biceps. Usually if you're going to get sides it's muscle and joint pain. Which again can be easily managed with vitamin D3 and Ubiquinol.
Still, sorry you had to deal with those issues mate. Have you tried statin alternatives like Ezetimibe?
@coookwithchris OMG CHICKEN NECKS?!?!?? I haven't had that since I was 10 years old. Dude if I had the money, i'd 100000% hire you as a personal chef!! My goodness mate, you got all my favorite foods
alright, I'm sorry you've had bad experiences on statins. I hope you don't give up on your heart health๐ซ there are statin alternatives like Ezetimibe, bempodoic acid, and PCSK9 inhibitors.
I often see people like Ezetimibe the most. There's also recent and interesting data on ezetimibe potentially reducing Alzheimer's by reducing beta amyloid plaque.
I'd talk with a cardiologist about these statin alternative options.
most importantly stay active and eat healthy! God bless๐
@terblans79249@SamaHoole what study would you like?
honestly, kudos to you for making this far in life as dumb as you are and not have natural selection take it's course
@dobetterrrr@LearnUSAhistory@SamaHoole sounds like a you problem if you don't trust me. I don't care if you don't trust me. You can either take care of your heart health or have a heart attack. That decision is up to you!
I have no clue what you're yapping about. How is saying "hey, on a GLP-1? this is how you maximize your results and do it safely" propaganda?
we have 100 years and 23+ studies showing LDL and APOB as the cause of heart attacks. If you want to be a tin foil hat nut job and take your education from a carnivore dumb ass, that can't prove anything he says via studies. then good luck!
