On Wednesday, the Scottish Government announced plans for its new Scottish Child Payment. It also announced plans to fast-track delivery of the payment for children under 6. This is a milestone moment and we're proud to have played our part. Here's our response.

While there's no doubt rising child poverty in Scotland is driven by UK Government social security cuts, it doesn't mean @scotgov are powerless to respond. We need to see a commitment to urgent and significant investment as part of this week's update.
