📢 This Saturday, 22 Nov, is Equal Pay Day.

From today, women are effectively working for free compared to men — because discrimination still exists.

The “unexplained” gender pay gap is discrimination in valuing women’s work. GMB is fighting to end it.

Today, we remember the 144 lives lost in the Aberfan disaster — 116 children and 28 adults.

A community forever changed, a loss beyond measure. Our thoughts are with the families and all those whose lives were touched by that tragedy. ❤️
