This is interesting!! A Data Entry Operator at SCB Medical College was able to scam the system of Rs 1.4 crore!!
He is accused of manipulating employee salary-related data to facilitate irregular financial transactions.
How can this happen? Were there no proper maker-checker controls, approval layers, automated audit trails or system-based safeguards? 🤔
The bigger question is - how did a Rs 1.4 crore irregularity go undetected for so long!!
Why MBBS doctors in Uttar Pradesh are being discriminated ?
MBBS Doctors of UP complete their mbbs and join their compulsory rural service bond.
This was fine till they got to know something strange !
Their own batchmates posted in medical colleges are getting 1 lakh plus salary with regular increments while those who are alloted CHC PHC are getting only 50-65k fixed amount with same work same degree same bond.
Requesting you to look into this hon @myogiadityanath ji and remove this partiality !

⚠️ Our Pursuit for Justice Continues:
While duties are resumed, our fight for:
1️⃣ Stipend revision w.e.f. 01.01.2026
2️⃣ Strict adherence to NMC norms on non-medical faculty recruitment
3️⃣ Scrapping the faculty retirement age hike to 65 years
...remains firm through legal and democratic avenues.
🙏 We extend our deepest gratitude to all Interns, PGs, SS PGs, SRs, the Media, and our fraternal bodies (@FAIMA_INDIA_@IMAIndiaOrg @TJUDA_ @KARD_official , HRDA, GDA-AP, IMA-JDN) for their unwavering solidarity.

Thank you @myogiadityanath ji for increasing the stipend of medical interns in Uttar Pradesh from ₹12,800 to ₹25,000. A much needed and welcome step
We request other State Governments to follow UP’s example and increase internship stipends which remain very low in many states
In many states like Andhra Pradesh, the recruitments of MSc and PhD faculties are upto 30% which is much beyond the norms set by NMC. A lot of qualified MD graduates are unable to secure a job in Hospitals because of this.
FAIMA has written to the Hon’ble Chairman, NMC, seeking urgent clarification and reconsideration regarding the eligibility of MSc–PhD non-medical faculty to act as Postgraduate Guides and Examiners for MD/MS students.
Multidisciplinary participation is welcome, but the distinction between scientific academic expertise and postgraduate clinical medical training must be maintained.
Patient safety and the quality of specialist training must remain paramount.

We enter Day 16 of strike. No Response from Government. But We Stand United for our Demands.
This isn’t a fight against the system — it’s a fight to strengthen it.
We deserve Fair pay.
We deserve a Safe Future.

🚨 FAIMA STANDS WITH AP JUDA 🚨
FAIMA extends its full solidarity and support to AP JUDA @APJUDAOfficial as they begin Phase 1 of their strike on 11 August 2026, following the failure of repeated representations and negotiations regarding the stipend hike.
A demand for a fair 30% stipend hike, while only 3% is being offered, deserves serious consideration. The concerns of interns, PGs, SS PGs, SRs and residents must not be ignored.
We urge the authorities to engage in meaningful dialogue and resolve the issue at the earliest.
Residents are the backbone of healthcare delivery. Their dignity, rights and welfare matter.
✊ United we stand. United we fight.

Dear Indian Medical Students,
Your FMG colleagues are protesting at Gautam Nagar, Delhi, asking for accountability and transparency.
It's not only their issue. It's your issue as well.
Every year, after NEET PG, thousands of students are heartbroken as their scores are way below what they should have gotten. They never get to know what exactly happened, as the paper is not released and neither is the answer key released in a proper manner.
Today is the time to stand shoulder to shoulder with FMG students and ask for a transparent system.
Go and support them. Share it on social media. Raise your voice.
We are 'One'
Day 15. Still standing. Still fighting. ✊
Today, we took our fight to the hospital with a rally—not to disrupt, but to be heard.
Our demands remain the same, and our commitment to patient care remains unwavering. 🩺
We urge the government to come forward for meaningful negotiations at the earliest. Let’s resolve this through dialogue.
Day 15. Our voice won’t be silenced. #APJUDA #Day15 #DoctorsStrike

Lowest package of IIT Delhi graduate = Highest package of MBBS + MD postgraduate with years of Humiliation during PG , Slavery , Public Violence and administration torture
Yet end up being called a Lootera by public for their basic charges !
