@CoxHelp Oh David... You guys already told me the issue is that your network in Phoenix is experiencing high traffic and that your techs work at night to improve it. You told me this 3 weeks ago..and again 2 weeks ago... I'm just fed up and there are no other decent ISP options...

Hey @coxcomm what are you doing about the terrible internet issues in Phoenix. This has been going on for a month. Constant 5 second disconnects throughout the day, upload speeds UNDER 1Mbps... If you weren't the only real option in town, would this have went on as long?
