Subject: Legal Action Against Activision for Abusive Shadowbans on Call of Duty

As legal counsel representing the interests of numerous players within the Call of Duty community, I wish to inform the public that abusive practices linked to Activision’s Ricochet system have been identified. These practices, including unjustified shadowbans, have caused moral and financial harm to many legitimate players without proper justification or transparent procedures.

For my part, I have been shadowbanned since November 27th without any valid reason, rendering me unable to access a game I paid €80 for. My account ID is: yugokaa#1667226.

In response to these actions, a lawsuit has been initiated against Activision. This legal action seeks to defend the rights of players and demand immediate corrective measures to ensure a fair and transparent gaming environment.

To build a strong case, I invite all affected individuals to come forward by responding to this announcement with the following information:
•Your Call of Duty account ID
•The exact date of your shadowban

Every testimony will strengthen our collective case and help uphold your rights. Together, we aim to restore justice and transparency in the use of anti-cheat tools on Call of Duty.
