Dear Tata Motors: Deliver It Late, But Deliver It Right

A little advice to TataMotors: delay the delivery if needed, but never deliver a EV with scratches on the battery pack(BMS).

Customers should never have to write complaint letters or get showroom manager signatures during delivery.

Please don't take customer trust for granted.
