To print statements of account sef there’s no paper to print. They will have to send a soft copy to your mail all because you’re on a budget in Access bank.
When @myaccessbank came up with XclusivePlus subscription, they promised premium customer experience and other things. It is sad that they make their staff meet a target of monthly xclusiveplus subscribers but neglect the service they promised the subscribers!
@myaccessbank You don’t need my account number and details, all you need to do is to make sure your lounge at Muritala Muhammad Airportis active for your Xclusive customers and refreshment in all your lounges across your branches.
As a commercial bank, if you cannot fulfill some of these small promises you make to get our money, how can we believe your promises about our money security?

The travel privileges at MMIA was not active the last time I checked.
The Premium customer experience remains a normal sitting space in the bank. Especially at my branch at @myaccessbank Agodi, UCH.
